Start to finish this was incredibly easy to book, affordable and extremely convenient. I got a quote and booked online a couple months in advance. They dropped the scooter off, right on schedule, not only to the hotel in general but to my hotel room door. I used the scooter for the Disney parks and it was the biggest helps I didn’t realize I needed. Scooter had a couple of scuffs but otherwise was in very good shape and worked like a charm. I opted for the titan 4 wheel with basket, it had a long battery life (I got about 10 hours every day out of it and still seemed fully charged). I liked that it had a speed dial so I could adjust the pace as needed in the parks and the turning radius was quite impressive. It helped allow me to experience the parks in an enjoyable way for me. My wife and I were planning our visit to Disney World with our son and grandsons. My wife who lost 30% of her lung capacity because of covid was concerened about her ability to keep up with everyone. We decided the best way was to rent a mobility scooter. I went on line and found Big Orange Mobility. We were staying at Westgate Town Center and Big Orange was close by. We went there and were greeted very well. We talked about prices, models and availability. After a short discussion we decided on the model and length of rental, 7 days. The staff is so kind and helpful. We rented a lift chair and it was very clean! We will definitely use them again for a chair and a scooter!

First, the rate was amazing ~ $150 for the week & they delivered it to our hotel where it waiting for me when we arrived. Second, while in a Disney park I was having the charge my scooter every couple of hours. I emailed them, & they called me immediately. Within less than 2 hours I had a new scooter deliver to the entrance of the park. They are amazing to work with, super helpful,

Great service and value for the cost. Picked up and dropped off directly from my resort. Scooter worked great and the battery lasted all day long. The YouTube video of how to break it down and put in the car was a great touch too! Highly recommend!

Best value I received on our trip to Disney. Scooter died at Disney. Call their office. Young lady said to reset battery switch. Problem solved. Drove the scooter for about 8 hours with plenty of power. Highly recommend this Company.

Rented scooter Oct 17-26. Arrived for pick up and drop off as scheduled, called ahead. Very friendly person did both pickup and drop off. Wonderful customer service setting it up. While on trip, I thought I was having a problem with scooter, called in and she immediately knew what to do to walk me through what happened. Plus best price around!! The only thing I would comment on was I wish I had been shown how to compact it for travel. About halfway thru trip we figured out a much more compact way we could travel with it- but I could have asked more questions as well. Very happy with them and highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Called almost immediately when I made my reservation online to confirm delivery details. Had to change our reservation due to weather and they were very accommodating, giving us a year credit for a future use.

I was absolutely amazed at how professional the customer service was and how helpful. The driver who brought my scooter to me as well as picked it up was so sweet. He explained the operation of the scooter and I was completely conformable driving it. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

We have rented scooters from Big Orange a number of times while visiting Orlando. The service has been nothing short of top notch, they are responsive and quick to address any issues with the scooters or adjustments to the rental agreement. They have met us at whatever locations best suited our plans, theme park entrances, resort hotel check-in areas or right outside our hotel rooms. We will continue to use Big Orange as long as our experiences continue to be so wonderfully positive.

Big orange mobility staff was amazing. They answered the phone quickly no being in hold or call backs. They brought the cart to our resort quickly, there service is the bestt I have had in a long time. I can't say enough good things about them!!!!

Natalie was awesome and my time in the store was super smooth and I was able to sit on multiple scooters to find the right fit before I left. I wanted to extend my rental agreement and the phone call to do that took no more than a minute and the price was nearly a steal! Great experience!

Rented a scooter for my wife in March 2022. We picked it up. We had to move hotels sonthey came and dropped off for us. She liked so much I bought one. We will still be renting from here on all our visits!

Went to Disney between Xmas and new years. Rented scooter for 3 days. This was fantastic. Great price. Stayed charged all day. Was delivered and picked up on time.

These guys were nothing short of amazing. We needed a scooter at the last minute while at Magic Kingdom because they ran out and my father can't walk well. They not only came in clutch they even met me at the front gate so I could run out and bring it inside to my father. Then delivered a second scooter to my hotel when our flights was cancelled going home. The lady I spoke to for both reservations was extremely kind and understanding. She worked to navigate getting the scooter to my father. I can't not say how happy we are. Will hands down always get our scooters from them from now till the end of time
