First I'm a new patient and had some apprehension before my visit. I was greeted with a professional warmth upon arrival. The staff was informative, efficient compassionate. Dr. Biermann has a very natural demeanor which elicits ease in an anxious patient.

We found Biermann Orthodontics when we first moved back to Oregon. They were great at getting our girls Ortho care transferred and set up. They are an extremely professional and friendly office and take such good care of our girls. They are so good at giving us options when possible to consider what will best help our girls Ortho needs.

Dr. Biermann and staff are wonderful, the best! I started braces in 2013 as an adult with Dr. Biermann. The 18 month process was smooth with terrific results. Dr. Biermann and staff were always accommodating to my sensitive gag reflex. Since completing braces in 2015, I wear a bonded retainer wire behind front teeth to prevent teeth from moving. Over the years, the wire has come loose (sometimes lost) and Dr. Biermann will see me same day or day after to rebond the wire. Furthermore, when my dentist recommended I wear a nightguard, my dentist did not have the new scan technology and wanted to use old-school impressions which are difficult with a gag reflex. Dr. Biermann graciously performed the teeth scan and sent results to my dentist so I could get a nightguard. I went in for Invisalign and then the pandemic hit. They take safety seriously here. I was able to email a picture when I had a question about my fit at one point and it was a good enough photo that I could consult over the phone. Communication is A+

When I first met Dr. Biermann I was impressed by his integrity and professionalism. It is rare to find a provider that puts your needs above financial gain but Dr. Biermann is one of the good ones.
