Great experience from the beginning. Everyone is very friendly. Never had an issue with them. They have done work on both my daughter and myself. I would definitely recommend 💯. Dr. Biermann and his staff are awesome. Love Rachelle spirit 😁 always a pleasure to see her smiling. Love Alecea at the front desk always welcoming and Clay very helpful with any questions I have about my insurance. All the girls in the back are awesome hands down!! I give them a 5 star all around.

Had to go in and realign my teeth that shifted due to not wearing my retainer after having braces years ago (oops). This time I did Invisalign and the process was SO easy, painless, and enjoyable! Everyone is so kind and super accommodating. Dr. Biermann is the best and will ensure that you love the way your smile looks by the end of treatment. Always looked forward to my appointments. They’re the best!

My experience with Dr. Biermann and his staff was very positive. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time and care to explain everything and make you comfortable. Dr. Biermann took his time to explain the results and options. Very professional and honest where in many cases, he informed me my teeth were already aligned properly and no adjustment is needed. I highly recommend them and if I ever need alignment, I will not consider any other orthodontist.

This is the best customer service clinic that our family ever received in Oregon! We have been going with Dr. Biermann for our son’s braces for almost 1.5 year but they have never failed our high expectations. The staffs (everyone from the front desk person to the doctor ) are extremely pleasant and consistent with their service. My son just took off his braces today and put on the retainer… his teeth look so nice !!! 2 more years to go! I highly recommended them to our friends!!!
