I found this place online so that I could get my son Malakai teeth checked. They were very professional and gave lots of helpful information. The level of comfort that both myself and my son felt was top notch! I recommend this place for those who would like a professionals opinion that will not make you feel unheard. They answered all my questions and gave my son an opportunity to comment or ask any questions that he felt he needed. My son walked out feeling good about the conversation. He is 10 and can’t wait to get his teeth fixed here. Thank you team for your professionalism!

They were amazing. I needed a new retainer and they got me in quickly, took a 3d image of my teeth and it was ready in a week. Front desk staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend 100%

Good customer service and great dental care plan.

Got fitted for my Invisilines at Biermann Orthodontics just over a week ago. Rachelle, Treatment Coordinator, is very personable and thorough. Racelle reviewed the Dr. Biermann’s treatment plan with me, including financial terms and required forms. Tara, Orthodontic Technician, did a wonderful job placing all of the anchors on my teeth. The only uncomfortable part was removing the excess glue (but it’s only because I don’t really like drills). She explained how to insert and remove the Invisalign trays, including how to care for the Invisalign trays and patient responsibility to ensure treatment stays on schedule.

The entire process was very efficient and the entire staff is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Biermann Orthodontics if orthodontic treatment is needed.

Just completed my first consultation for Invisalign. The staff was so lovely from Victoria to Rachelle. I’ve always had dental anxiety and Rachelle’s voice and demeanor as well as being able to answer my questions about treatment was so calming (I’ve never felt so zen in an app!)
