Great doctor and office staff

The clinic was so clean and orderly. The staff were so nice from the front desk to Dr. Bierman himself, he was very professional. Rachel, the treatment coordinator was so positive and very knowledgeable.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Biermann and his team. My child has some sensory issues and they were extremely patient and took their time to make sure my child was comfortable. The entire staff was extremely kind and professional.

Dr. Biermann and his team are the best you can get. From signup to consultation and providing honest guidance on all options was done in a very calm manner. We were never rushed and everything was recommended based on keeping the long term in mind. For orthodontics in Portland, this is an awesome team to work with.

We have only had a consult but the staff is super friendly and cheerful. Dr. Biermann was knowledgeable and took time to explain all the issues that are happening in my child’s mouth. We never felt rushed and they were willing to answer a lot of questions.
