I had an extremely pleasant experience getting my ortho treatment at Biermann Orthodontics. I am extremely pleased with the end result and the experience through the roughly 2 years of treatment was very positive. Dr. Biermann was very thorough and meticulous with the treatment plans and has a very competent staff, who were extremely kind and friendly. On multiple occasions when I had needed to setup an urgent adhoc appointment because of a wire poking or something similar, I never had to wait and was given an appointment right away. On one occasion, I called a few minutes before closing time and the staff was so accommodating that they waited beyond the closing time to get me in. I have nothing but praise for my experience at Biermann Orthodontics!

From waiting for a forgotten wallet to be dropped off, to walking through procedures, payment options, & most of all explaining everything to my nephew has been wonderful. It is a goal for my nephew and I to go through the process of straightening our teeth together. Albeit our timelines differ for treatment, but Biremann Orthodontics has made every process of the way easy and stress free. Highly recommended from someone who has anxiety of dental work.

Biermann staff are so welcoming from the start! I needed a new set of clear retainers since they cracked that morning. I had my molds from my previous ortho and they were able to get me in same day and within an hour, had my new retainers available! Thank you for the immediate support and care. Highly recommend this office if you’re considering - they are amazing! ✨

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Biermann. I had Invisalign treatment done to correct movement from years of not wearing a retainer. The process was smooth & fast, and the results were great. My teeth have never looked better! I was surprised with how quickly I was able to complete the entire treatment as well.

Everyone in this building is the friendliest and most on top of things out of any place I've been. Could not recommend Biermann enough!

This was my second round of ortho with Dr. Biermann and i absolutely adore the team! Coming from a fellow dental worker, there is a reason why I refer patient’s from my office here and I came for a refinement after my last ortho treatment. Top quality customer service and beautiful dentistry is what anyone will get with the whole team. Although I hope my teeth stop being stubborn and micro shifting so I don’t need another round of invisalign, i’ll miss coming here for my ortho appointments!

I want to thank Dr. Biermann for his wonderful work he and the staff did for my son. My son’s teeth needed more work than the average and the results are incredible. Everyone at the office was wonderful to work with. Dr. Biermann is a perfectionist and very meticulous in his work. I highly recommend Dr. Biermann!

Excellent experience. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating! Answered all our questions from start to finish. Dr. Biermann is terrific! My daughter's teeth are straight now with Invisalign. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding orthodontist office.

I had started treatment about two years ago, and each step of the way the staff and Dr Biermann was very kind, patient, and clear with instructions and scheduling! They take their time to craft the smile and are perfectionists, which I greatly appreciate. I took 8 months longer but never did I feel that they rushed the process or that I was unhappy with my smile. Thank you☺️

Pretty good until I realized they put something in my mouth for the rest of my life and want to charge me $100 to repair any issues outside their “grace” period…if your wires come undone outside of that you are gonna get charged each and every time

My brace wire came off and I badly needed help to fix that before I go to work. I got appointment as soon as I called, and they fixed it in a min. I had time to grab lunch and attend my meetings :D I am really happy with them. Unlike some other places the staffs are really nice, considerate, and listens. I wish I knew about them before getting my dental insurance. Atleast now I know where to come for urgent ortho issues

Love all the staff!! They were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to get straight teeth. Everyone especially Rachelle is helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted!

Amazing! Rachelle is an absolute angel on earth, and Dr. Biermann is kind, professional, AND just a cool dude! They are so knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are completely informed and understand everything being proposed to you. I felt so safe and comfortable and immediately cancelled my other consultations for adult braces to price shop because the customer service and thorough exam I received here is worth whatever price they set. I’m very glad I found them!

Dr Biermann and his amazing staff, are by far the best around in the industry. I now have a 2nd child under their care and they never disappoint and go above and beyond. Highly recommend them!!

I got referral to Biermann from Dr Lee at Timber Dental Bethany. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The office is clean in a nice location which adds to the comfortable atmosphere. What stood out was the use of modern equipment. They use advanced 3D scanning technology to create mock-up models that show the before and after results, which gives clear idea of what to expect from the treatment. As for the Invisalign treatment, the pricing seems competitive for the area. Overall, I recommend Orthodontics services at Biermann.

Getting Invisalign in my 40’s seemed intimidating but going through treatment with Biermann Orthodontics was a fantastic experience. From their all-in-one convenient plan/package to the friendly staff, it was truly an amazing experience. (Clay and Rachelle are amazing). They are timely, efficient, and provide quality care. My predicted treatment plan was 9-16 months and I finished with a perfect smile in 7 months! If it’s not perfect, it’s not complete with this staff! I highly recommend them to anyone of any age seeking a new orthodontist.
