They all did a fabulous job. The Iner action was so awesome. They went way above and beyond. Clay was so helpful and answered every questionand concerns I had. The dental assistants were fantastic They were gentle and explained what they were doing so I could understand. Rachelle was super sweet and just like clay she was super helpful. The receptionist was fantastic

This office is beyond five stars and so much more than I could convey in a review. I am so thankful for each and every team member who has gone above and beyond for me. I'd like to personally thank Dr. Biermann and Tara for the excellent care. This team is invested in my health and my smile and has been there for me every step along the way. This is an office I truly look forward to coming to when I have an appointment. I hope to get to work with you all for a long time and have nothing but respect for your amazing team.

So, so nice! I came after I moved to Portland and needed someone to assess whether or not my braces could be removed. They were super thorough and helpful. They treated me as though I had been a patient there for years :)

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. It’s rare to find such an ethical, kind orthodontist like Dr. Biermann. Everyone else (Rachelle and Clay!) are wonderful as well. I saw Dr. Biermann a few years ago when I wasn’t super happy with my Invisalign outcome that I did with my dentist at the time. He was so kind and said honestly, my teeth are good but I could do elastics and stuff if I wanted. I said no, but then a few years later I thought I wanted to give it a go. Well, I spent a week in Invisalign AGAIN with elastics and decided I just couldn’t do it again and I was actually fine with my teeth as they are… I felt embarrassed and fully expected to still pay at least half of the amount, which was per the contract. Well, the ethical folks they are, they gave me almost a full refund. They also didn’t make me feel bad. I’ll tell everyone I know that needs orthodontics to go here!

I've had a very positive experience with The Biermann Orthodontics. The moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm smile. The clinic is so clean and smells fresh. Really nice people that work there and are very professional. Dr. Biermann did a really great job on my invisalign journey. I am so satisfied and happy with the result of my teeth and I regained my confidence back in smiling. I will definitely recommend Biermann Orthodontics to family, friends and colleagues.

Biermann Orthodontics is nothing less than amazing. Their staff is caring patient and informative and the doctor is a genius. My daughter had many issues with her teeth, the way they were coming in and the way her jaw was growing. We went through two rounds of braces and two jaw expanders with Dr. Biermann Guiding us all along, and she now has the most beautiful and amazing smile.

For more than 30 months we visited at least monthly the Office and not once had any issues or even minor inconveniences. The team is highly organized, prepared and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!
