Dr. Biermann and his staff are amazing and did everything to alleviate any concerns I had. They communicated their step by step process, provided great treatment, and are super sweet!! I absolutely enjoyed our conversations and overall atmosphere. Overall I have no regrets and I am happy with the results. The only drawback is that I did not feel like Dr. Biermann has a lot patients that are avid clenchers or have mild TMJ like myself. This meant that I had to put a lot of trust in the final results, since it could make my clenching or TMJ worse. So far so good though.

I had an overall pleasant experience with Dr. Biermanna's office. I was on invisalign for about a year and half. The pandemic had extended it by a couple of months. All of the staff were friendly and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I was even able to get extra pairs of aligners to keep me going during the pandemic closure. Was able to get appointments pretty easily. Would recommend to anyone.

I seriously never write reviews positive or negative but I felt I had to because Dr. Biermann and his team are so awesome. They are very welcoming and easy to talk to. Every staff member was friendly and answered all of my questions. They give free and thorough consultations too

My daughter actually enjoys going to get her work done. Friendly, caring, and fun staff with a very clean office. She loves it because they used a scanner instead of putty to start her treatment.

The office is very clean, well maintained, I felt very comfortable for my visit. The staff is very kind, and caring. I wouldn't look for anywhere else in the area!

Dr. Biermann and his team are professional and welcoming. I work a weird schedule and have had 1 or 2 reasons for emergency visits, and the team still managed to fit me in their schedule(even during closed hours).

They keep you updated with how your treatment is progressing, and will make adjustments when necessary. I was expecting 3yrs of treatment, but with the Invisalign it only took about a year.

I would 100% recommend this team to anyone who's considering orthodontic treatment. I actually have already.

First I'm a new patient and had some apprehension before my visit. I was greeted with a professional warmth upon arrival. The staff was informative, efficient compassionate. Dr. Biermann has a very natural demeanor which elicits ease in an anxious patient.

Dr. Biermann is AMAZING! He has done an excellent job making my smile better and I appreciate all his patience. He is like a big brother who gently reminds you about your braces/rubber/invisalign and you know he means business. I enjoy his love for music and singing which makes people feel comfortable.
