This is the best customer service clinic that our family ever received in Oregon! We have been going with Dr. Biermann for our son’s braces for almost 1.5 year but they have never failed our high expectations. The staffs (everyone from the front desk person to the doctor ) are extremely pleasant and consistent with their service. My son just took off his braces today and put on the retainer… his teeth look so nice !!! 2 more years to go! I highly recommended them to our friends!!!

We had our first consultation with Dr. Biermann today, and I am confident that we have found an orthodontist for both of our sons for as long as they need it. All of the staff members were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. They were knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and exhibited great customer service. It was a wonderful first experience!

Update: I just had my braces removed today and am still so happy with the service and amazing experience that we have had with Dr. Biermann and ALL of the staff.

Would be five stars if my insurance that I pay for would cover the retainer/ procedure but thats not their fault. They even said theyd reach out and refund me if my insurance did cover it.

We went to Biermann Orthodontics for a consultation for my daughter's braces. They made both her and myself so comfortable, explained the entire process, what comes next, what were some important considerations. They really made my daughter feel in control of the decision, which I believe will be a huge plus to the success of her treatment. Very pleased with having chosen them.

I interviewed about 6 different dentists before choosing Dr. Bierman. He was the only orthodontist who assured me that he would not pull any teeth and yet fix my very difficult bite. It’s evident that he has a genuine passion for the “science” of his work and is incredibly talented at achieving perfect alignment. My 10 years old daughter finished her phase 1 treatment today! Dr. Biermann suggested the treatment plan based on my daughter’s unique case. All the staffs there are very friendly. The whole treatment took 13 months and we enjoyed our experience!

I had my Invisalign appointment yesterday at Biermann Orthodontics and had such a great experience! The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the office runs so smoothly.

My daughter has had excellent experiences with her orthodontic treatments at Bierrman Orthodontics. Her results so far are beautiful and we are only in the initial phases.

They are always ready to help when anything pops off or when she finds wires are pokey. They truly know what they are doing but are also compassionate and easy to work with!

Honest Ortho! I came in with some concerns and did the free consult. They could have sold me services to be sure, but the Doc said to give it 6 months with some exercises and come back for a recheck and we put it on the calendar - still no cost to me. If teeth don't improve and settle, then we will move forward with orthodontics.

So amazing to get care at place that puts you first and not their bottom line. Wow!
