Michelle Hawkins, Sales manager, was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative as she performed the intake process, took initial pictures, and reviewed the issues we were having with the older, smaller gutters on the house. Michelle was so helpful with explaining the guttering options of larger gutters, larger downspouts, and consideration of gutter guard options. The bid we received was competitive and fairly priced in regards to materials, labor, and warranties. Michelle was highly communicative, and kept us informed on the details of the gutter installation process. The installers, Geff and Mike, were professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered our questions as they completed their work. There was unexpected fascia repair which involved removing damaged/rotted wood beneath the vinyl siding and installing new wood prior to the new gutters being installed. Geff and Mike were thorough as they addressed these unexpected repairs prior to completing the installation of the new gutters and gutter guards. The new gutter system looks great and is working perfectly. We would definitely recommend The Brothers That Just Do Gutters for gutter replacement!"
