The process to contact them, make an appointment for an estimate, get an estimate, make an appointment for service... I'll be honest, miserable. Took forever to hear from them, no part of the process felt clear, the entire process felt over complicated and confusing, from the customer end. Seemed like a lot of systems not talking to each other and the scheduling people didn't seem to be aware of actions internal to their own software systems.
So why four stars? Cause Devon (Devin?) the young man who came to actually do the cleaning. That guy... he was a worker. You don't see that much anymore. But just talking to him, you could tell he was a person who just had to do a good job, had to complete the task, and complete it the right way. He had that disposition where you could tell sloppy work would have bothered him, really bothered him.
