James and Austin were very friendly and attentive to our questions and concerns. Our concerns were possible issues with the existing facia boards having moisture damage due to the age of our home. As they removed our current gutters and checked the conditions of the fascia James showed me any issues. They
replaced the boards and put up our new gutter system which our neighbors have noticed immediately! Thank you Ken your time and James and Austin for your hard work!

An honest company that has the highest priority on quality I’ve ever seen. As a lead, they require you to take pictures of every mitre, endcap, and other miscellaneous idiosyncrasies, for not only their personal review to improve on quality later, but also for piece of mind for their customer.

My project took a day and a half, and after the first day I walked out to see the progress, I was grinning from ear to ear. The guys were able to solve a few problems on site without me having to step in. My old gutters were bent, leaking, and poorly graded. The new ones are seamless, graded properly, and well... when it rains I'll find out if it's leaky :). 'm very happy with the final installation and the price was worth it.

I did have trouble scheduling my project. I did opt for a "no rush" option, so I expected not to have a set date very far in advance. However, after I did have a date set, the scheduler mixed something up and I didn't find out I was taken off the schedule until the day after the crew was due to arrive. Had a new roof put on several years ago and another company replaced our gutters with standard grade ones, which caused overflow problems. The Brothers came out, gave a quick estimate and workers were out to install larger gutters within a month.
