I am extremely pleased with the service that Man and the rest of the Best Carpet Team provided me today and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet or grout services.

My dog got sick last night and we ended up with fecal matter on my favorite white rug and our beige carpet in my daughter's nursery. I called this morning and after explaining the situation, they added me to their already very busy schedule. When Man showed up, he did a thorough walk through of the house to ensure he was going to be able to treat everything and then discussed the cleaning process, products that would be used, and costs. He was extremely knowledgable and I could tell he had a wealth of knowledge and experience (I think he said 35 years to be exact!).

He was not only professional, but also showed real concern for getting the stains lifted to ensure there was no remaining bacteria in our home. All of the products used were also safe for children and dogs!

I'm happy to say that both areas look and smell good as new! This company will now be my first call if I need carpet or grout cleaning!
