Had to get the carpet of the rental home we had moved in to cleaned. Rental management refused to get it done, claiming they had already had it "professionally cleaned." The room had a musty odor and several large brown stains. Marc arranged to have his team clean it the next day and was very helpful in explaining what all could have caused it.
