They arrived within the arrival time window, for which I was grateful. Man explained the cleaning options that would benefit my carpet's longevity and appearance. They even have an enzyme treatment that will improve my home's air quality by deodorizing and killing dust mites, mildew, etc. I really appreciated the fact that they moved my furniture so they were able to clean UNDER the sofa, love seat and chair. The total cost ended up being substantially more than the original quote, but I was pleased with the service and treatments provided. My carpet looks and smells great!
