Our carpet was really dirty, and there were many pet stains of which we were unaware. Alex found them and treated them and then did a thorough cleaning. It smells very fresh in our room now. I am thrilled with the work they did! The carpets really do look brand new and the tile practically glows! Fidel did an excellent job and was clear in his explanations of the processes and products used. Iwouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The unfortunate bit was we had mystery soiling in a few spots, funky something of unknown source. They did a restoration, and I kept my security deposit. My impression is that Best Carpet Cleaning Experts care about doing a good job and make every effort to ensure you know your options and pricing. Professional appearance from Personnel to truck; Respectful throughout and the only regret I have is that I cannot have them do my carpets in MD.
