Alex, the tech who came to clean my carpet, was very professional and friendly. On top of confirming pricing with me before starting service, he let me know all about the products he was using, how they helped my carpet, and what other things I could do to extend the life of my carpet. Our home was rented out for 11+ years and had not been maintained by the property manager. The carpet downstairs was disgusting. And our sectional sofa was overdue after staining from our dogs and being shipped from MA. All and everything was cleaned to perfection. And the prices are very fair for the quality of work we received. I will use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Alex came out to clean our carpet and he was very nice and took the time to explain our multiple options. He even added an enzyme treatment to one corner of the room without charging me. He was on time and texted when he was on the way. He even had a mat that he put on our entryway to protect the floor as he was going in and out. I have used numerous carpet cleaning companies but this one is by far my favorite. Would highly recommend.
