I am extremely thankful for the awesome work done by Alex at Best Carpet Cleaning. I contacted Mark at Best Carpet Cleaning to discuss the condition of my mother's carpet following an estate sale in June. Mark was very clear over the phone that he could not guarantee that the carpet would come out clean since it was a blue dye stain on the carpet (occured during the estate sale). Alex, the technician, arrived at the home and looked at the condition of the carpet and said he could not guarantee the stains would come out but agreed to spot treat one area. This company is very professional. I scheduled the carpet cleaning about a month out, because I’m military and was going on TDY and leave.
