Updated / another review. Fidel did a great job on some really " rough" looking carpet. I am pleased and will use them again. I definitely won't go as long between cleanings as I did.

Man and Eric were great! My carpets were horrible. (2 dogs and 2 cats)They were polite and efficient. I had used a company off Groupon a few years ago and I could've done a better job myself with a Squeegee and a paper towel.
This is 2nd cleaning with BCCE, and I'm highly satisfied once again.
Will keep using BBBE .

Fidel was GREAT! Did such an awesome job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. Made them look brand-new and that’s even with our two large dogs putting a lot of wear and tear on them (including some accident stains). Very reasonable prices, on time, and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need of carpet cleaning!

The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my items cleaned with little disruption to my work day (I work from home).
