Best Carpet Cleaning Experts

I was very pleased with Best Carpet Cleaning Experts. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed but he also gave his best recommendation based on the fact that we are renting the house. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about us and not just pushing the most expensive thing - although it was clear our carpets needed it! Definitely will call again and highly recommend!

We had several pet stains and pet odors in our carpets and called out Best Carpet Cleaning Experts after checking their experience and reviews. They showed up on time, their employees were courteous, gave us a full review of our carpet in the home first and explained everything which surprised me. I never get this type of service from companies ever. They did not try to rip me off on every little thing like others that have been here, but did let me know our tile grout was very dirty. We noted the issues and agreed and I let them go ahead and do the tile as well for an additional fee.

We paid a very reasonable amount compared to the other companies that had already been here previously and couldn't even get the stains or the smell out of our carpets.

I haven't had my carpet done in a long time and I am a believer in these guys. We were moving out of our house and Mark took care to clean all of our bedrooms and our stairs. We have a large dog and there were a few stains which I was amazed he got out. We had the movers out before to move everything before him and his guys got there. I didn't get the teflon for my old home since we were moving out, but I will be calling him back to do the teflon on the carpet of the new home before it gets dirty.

Did I mention they grave me a great deal and had no hidden charges? Yep, I'm a fan.. I reviewed this company from their website and off Google reviews before calling them. He told me he had 32 years experience and was a previous claims adjuster for USAA. I knew I could not go wrong with this company when I chose them.

Will definitely use Best Carpet again! Mark is professional and courteous. My carpet looks spotless!! He tested with actual tools for doggie stains (which my husband suspected) and confirmed there were none :) Otherwise he would have done an additional treatment. Threw in free Teflon coating due to small square footage. Reasonable price - great job!!

I looked on Google and found Mark from Best Carpet.I knew these guys have to be good when i saw just the owner had 30 years of experience. Called them out to my home to take care of my carpets and upholstery. Mark, the owner came out with one of his technicians and evaluated my stains and problem areas, then told me everything that was needed. They went into all the rooms, cleaned my carpets and everything else as if it looked brand new. I was astounded at the results. This guy and his team do a great job. I just have to say Wow! Did not know there were companies like this out there anymore. I have used the larger carpet cleaning companies several times and never got this from them. Excellent service, professionalism and courtesy. They did an excellent job on my carpets, did not try to upsell me on anything and were honest about everything.

Best carpet arrived to my house on time and evaluated all of my trouble areas, they even walked me around the house explaining everything that was needed, what was not needed. They took care of several stains and cleaned my carpets and my tile. These guys even got out 2 stains that my previous cleaner could not remove. My previous carpet cleaner told me I needed to replace my carpets, but that isn't the case.
