The carpets in our new apartment were Horrible, dirt and stains everywhere, these guys did an excellent job making it look brand new, definitely my new carpet guys...

The team was amazing---- we were moving in to a not so move in ready home and needed cleaners same day. The carpets were cleaned quickly and beautifully and everything was explained in full detail. They took the time to answer all of our questions and were on time and very friendly. The carpets look brand new! Even offered a military discount!!!! Will recommend to all of our friends!!!

They were fantastic. Literally did EVERYTHING they could to make me happy!! I'm very satisfied with their work, the cleaning and the customer service!

Man Neville and his associate far exceeded my expectations. They worked with me on pricing and even then surpassed the results I thought anyone could achieve. As long as I'm in SA I will always go to them for my carpet and upholstery needs. Best in town

My husband and I just bought a house, we were disgusted to find out that the previous owners let their dogs pee everywhere. My husband and I decided on a carpet cleaning service and had an unexpected purchase/service done. It was totally worth it.

They worked very well and worked late to get it done on a last minute notice. No company ever shows that much commitment.

They were a little late. Sorry. But they did try to call and explain why at least. That's the bad...

The good...one they arrived they were very apologetic and ready to go. I did a quick walk through and identified what I wanted and they suggested what I should do. Not pushy, actually saved me some money because he offered a cheaper alternative (it worked!!) got right to work, moved my heavy couches (just got surgery so I wasn't looking forward to that) and got my carpet looking really good! Thanks to Mark, Steve and David (🤔 Sorry, I didn't catch his name) for the great service and military discount. 3rd time I've used Best Carpet Cleaning and as long as I'm in San Antonio I will be a loyal customer. I think there should be a discount for that too? Lol!

The service was quick, affordable, and non stressful. My neighbors even asked for a business card. Steve did an awesome job of explaining everything and mentioned services we didn't know the company offered. My husband and I were already stressed with unexpected (first time home owner) expenses. Steve and his crew made it easy to get the extra services on last minute notice.

The only thing I would add would be better communication and explanation of the findings. My husband and I were unable to stay while the servies were taking place, a follow up call on what was done would have eased our minds a bit.

Most likely we will use this company again and recommend them to everyone.

I'm moving out of my house and the company I had scheduled to come out came 2 hours late and the guy literally left without saying a word after looking at my carpets. I called Best Carpet cleaning experts and explained to them that I needed someone ASAP because I needed to move out by tonight. They sent someone within the hour and the carpets were flawless! I definetly recommend his company!

Contacted Mark.... From the the beginning he was very professional. I needed a job done in order to close on a house that I was buying and he and his team came in and knocked it out in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stephen was very helpful and friendly to work with! Our carpets hadn't been cleaned professionally in several years and with two labs and two children under the age of 4, they got pretty dirty. Stephen did an excellent job describing what methods he would recommend and use to clean the carpets. It's amazing how nice and refreshing my house already feels!
