It was a very good experience, I have a carpet that came from Afghanistan that I wanted cleaned but was told that at this time the company was not able to do it because it would need special equipment that the technician did not have in the van. I was very thankful that he did not just "clean it" and take my money. I recommend this honest company to anyone.
