Because the manufacturer's solution to repairing our out of warranty door was to sell us a new one, I looked on the internet for advice. After viewing this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OA8zoYNVTlg I was confident that Beacon Windows would know if our door could be repaired. Then I saw that they were located in Florida while I live in NY State. I called anyway, said I was out of state and asked for advice. Within a few hours Lizette returned my call. I sent a photo and the next morning her husband who had more experience with our doors problem told me what steps to take to fix the door, what product to use, and what to do carefully. The advice worked perfectly. If we lived on the west coast of Florida I would not hesitate to call Beacon Windows to repair or replace our windows and doors. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful.
