I must admit that I was very apprehensive and even doubtful that Bay Tek Coatings would be able to help me, but my handyman suggested that I have them come take a look at my garden room to see what they recommend. Brian arrived on time for the day scheduled and after looking at the condition of the concrete floors (which were not properly installed or sealed), he still felt that their process would work. The original quote was more than I could afford and I told Bryan, but he would not give up and said he would talk to owner Heath to see what they could do. After going back and forth with different options, etc., we finally agreed on a price I could afford and the rest is history. Happy we got our garage floor and laundry area done. The floors are comfortable, clean and good looking. Now i enjoy going to the garage area. One day install. Our garage floor looks fantastic. Heath was great to work with Dave and his crew were total professionals. Highly recommend if you have an old cracked hideous looking garage floor it will look better than new.
