This company did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We had our entire outside driveway and walkways around the house coated. We used the smallest chips that actually came out looking like a natural granite. Beautifully done. On time and lifetime limited warranty. Definitely worth it.

He helped us with our new construction unfinished garage - both the painting and floor with moisture barrier. Really pleased with the outcome! We used Bay Tek Coatings to replace a worn down concrete floor in a 2 car garage. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly professional with great service and high quality work.

After contacting Brandon for a quote, he came out and showed samples and explained the whole process, as well as measured the space and tested the concrete for moisture. We then picked a color, and went for the Mount Everest shade. After that we scheduled the actual work in, which took place over two consecutive days due to needing to treat the concrete for moisture first.

Dave and Grant did the actual work, and both were very respectful, clean, punctual and explained the whole process well. The job finished on time without complications, and we're super happy with our new floor.

It took me a year to call them for a quote. I should have not waited that long. Things went well from initial visit all the way to the end of the project. In my line of work three quotations are needed before you can decide which contractor to choose. This is a first for me, I didn’t bother to get a second or third quote because I felt comfortable talking to Heath. All of my questions were answered. He is very thorough on the things that we would expect.
Our project was extended for a day due to a contaminant that was present on our floor. I was told that they need another day to address the issue. I was happy that he was honest about it. They did the right thing and did it the right way. Heath said that he likes to sleep well at night. Haha! The outcome is beautiful, we love our floor! I highly recommended Bay Tek Coatings.

Super happy with the crew and owner at Bay Tek Coatings! I contacted about six business for quotes and experience. Whittled it down quickly to three after verifying two had their contractor’s license suspended with the State Board, along with one no show. Bay Tek, which I learned only uses PennTek Industrial coatings with a lifetime warranty, seemed the way to go. The estimator, owner and crew were all top notch people! Heath and his team were incredible to work with and did an outstanding job. We had a tight timeframe and he worked closely with my wife and I to plan, schedule and complete the project within a few weeks (even meeting us early in the morning to coordinate around our work schedules).

Also, our garage floor was significantly cracked (and 75 years old) but Bay Tek was able to fully grind, level and patch all the cracks for what looks like a brand new floor. Thanks, Heath!!

Long overdue review. We previously used Bay Tek Coatings, and I can’t recommend them enough! Our old, stained, and cracked concrete floor and wall were in desperate need of a makeover, and Bay Tek Coatings came through in a big way.

I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to reach out for a quote on a whim. Brian, who came out to provide the quote, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the product they use in detail, walked me through various color options, and offered a very reasonable quote, which all made me feel comfortable with proceeding with the project.

The actual work was completed in just one day, and the transformation was nothing short of remarkable. One of the walls of our garage is mostly concrete and I didn't even think they could coat that, but they did. They even managed to patch all the cracks in the floor, leaving no trace...

There are two very different ways that an installation of a garage floor should be reviewed. First, how did the process go in getting the installation completed. Second, does the product last. Since the product was just installed, I can only speak to the first stage and it is worth five stars. Heath was very responsive and eager to complete the job as soon as practicable. He went the extra yard so that the floor looked great when he was done. He examined the area where the floor coating would be installed and pointed out some defects in the existing concrete so I could go back to the contractor who poured the cement and get some fixes. The workers showed up at the time agreed upon and went about their work carefully and quickly. The job was done in one day and looks fantastic.
