There are two very different ways that an installation of a garage floor should be reviewed. First, how did the process go in getting the installation completed. Second, does the product last. Since the product was just installed, I can only speak to the first stage and it is worth five stars. Heath was very responsive and eager to complete the job as soon as practicable. He went the extra yard so that the floor looked great when he was done. He examined the area where the floor coating would be installed and pointed out some defects in the existing concrete so I could go back to the contractor who poured the cement and get some fixes. Heath and his team did amazing from start to finish. Heath came to give us an estimate and answered all of our questions. He then sent us a quote that broke down the labor, product and discounts. I am believing them that the Pennatek (sp?) coat is better than epoxy because it is certainly more expensive.
