Because your prices are very competitive, delivery is fast, and your batteries are just as good as Big Name brands with a better warranty, can not verify the good of the warranty though, my first bike battery is still working like new and lived past that 3 year 100% warranty. I bought my first battery from Big Time about 3 years ago, I was sick of paying much higher prices for batteries for my motorcycles that came with a 6 month warranty and a 5 year price tag. I got a 3 yr plus battery with a 3 year warranty, and the warranty expired, but the battery hasn't. So, I've recently purchased 4 more for other bikes. Thanx M. Ivins

The only reason why I gave four stars is because of the battery fitment in my harley davidson sportster I can't put on the battery cover do to the battery sparking on the side plate.. other than that the battery was great it started my harley Davidson right up ....

Had a very good experience working with Donald Sweeney, on a issue I was having with my lithium battery. He was able to give me some troubleshooting tips, but ultimately it was determined that the battery needed replacement. He honored the warranty and a new battery was sent out promptly. Appreciate his help with this and would recommend to anyone. T

I purchased the wrong inverter for my pallet jacks thinking I knew better. I emailed into the company and Donald Sweeney was amazing to work with. I got the right part and have NO issues. Great service and great communication!
