Shannon in customer service has been very professional and courteous over the years I've held a relationship with BigTime Battery & Electronics. I've purchased a couple batteries, and have never experienced any issues getting them replaced under warranty. Eventually, batteries get weak if you don't ride your bike, so it's not the fault of the product over time.
Recently, I purchased a battery for my H-D Heritage Classic 114 for $89.00; half the price of an OEM battery from Harley Davidson with a 3-year warranty versus the 1-year OEM warranty. I accidentally received the wrong battery, Shannon sent me a return label for the wrong battery waiving all restocking fees due to a clerical glitch, and shipped the correct battery upon verification the wrong battery was in route. The value of a 3-year warranty "no questions" asked pays for itself versus the H-D battery that only comes with a 1-year warranty.
I've always kept the bikes on a battery charger, so far I've been enjoying the weather and riding with a "trouble-free" battery. I also changed the battery in my key fob to make sure I am good all around. Happy Riding!!!
