We were very pleased with our whole experience with Bath Planet. Jimmy did such a great job planning our whole project and it went perfectly according to plan. He and Jeremy, our project coordinator, both communicated so well with us and saw that we got a perfect job. Tony was our installer and he was a skilled workman, punctual and paid attention to every detail while working on our older bathroom. We requested some additions after installation and Jimmy took care of getting those ordered for us. Mason was so helpful and confident in installing those additions. We most certainly recommend Bath Planet of Bowling Green!

This review is for Bath Planet’s shower chair installers. Mason & Acauiles showed up at stated time. They replaced the folding chair (that kept falling down) quickly & took time to listen to my concern regarding a “sewer gas” smell coming from the shower drain. They offered to crawl under our home to inspect the plumbing but I declined do to the Weather Service’s heat warning advisory. I suggested postponing until cooler weather.

He went through the process and showing us the product that BP offered, after talking with Jimmy seeing that he is very Professional and very Knowledgeable about the product that is offered. The quality of work and product delivered for our two bathroom remodels was/is exceptional! Turning a never used spa tub into a luxurious walk-in shower was the best decision ever. Having a lifetime warranty is a bonus too! The sticker shock at the onset was proved to be well worth it. Quality and integrity is what we received.

The entire process, from the initial visit to get a quote for the job to the finished product was extremely professional and a very pleasant experience. The walk-in shower is beautiful and I love the new floor. Our bathroom has been transformed to one that will serve our needs as we hopefully get to age in our own home.

The service was extremely responsive and educational. I left a message on a Saturday inquiring about receiving information on a bathroom remodel. Someone called me back within an hour and set up a in home consultation. The person who came out did not try to pressure me into a sale, instead he just provided information and options. I was interested in getting two bathrooms remodel and he stated “let me impress you one the first one, and after that work is completed we can discuss the second one whenever you’re ready.” They lived up to that statement with quality professional work. I would highly recommend them for a bathroom remodel.

Extremely easy to work with. Jimmy showed me some great ideas and I eventually fell in love with the design, he explained the process of everything in depth. The day of installation was a breeze. Our new shower is absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t be more happy !
