My wife and I are enjoying our new walk-in shower. Bath Planet met all our expectations. Our installer, Steve, was not only professional but very knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience all around.

New Walk in Shower with seat is lovely. Grab bar placement and seat height were customized especially for my mother. Water valve was relocated to side wall by bench seat for easy access. Arrival of supplies took about a month. Removal and new installation took a day and a half. Jimmy is compassionate, patient and listens while you talk and ask questions. New showers are expensive. Everything has lifetime warranty. We did not deal with high pressure sales. No promises of discount only if you commit today. In my opinion the people at Bath Planet Bowling Green are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a bathroom remodeled.

The Bath Planet management worked to reorganize schedules to get my job taken care of -- as soon as the delayed shipment of my tub and wall panels finally got delivered. One person worked hard for three long days to accomplish the tear-out and install. The finished tub/shower looks great.

We had a project that was a little out of the standard tub to walk in shower upgrade with another space, walls and flooring that needed to be dealt with at the same time and Bath Planet was the only company willing to go the extra mile to take us to a workable solution.

Because of back surgery could not get out of my garden tub. Needed a shower. Bath planet appealed to me after much research in how they were able to get finished so quickly and quality of materials.Jeremy showed me how and what would be done and what they used. After completing I was more than amazed at finished shower.Wow! Well worth it, thank you!

Very nice gentlemen that remodeled our bathroom area.
The only concern we have is the quarter round they put around the front bottoming really could of been something else. Just does not look good.

Professional all the way around. Good, thoroughly explained estimate. On time installation. Looked just like the brochure pics when it was completed.

The installer was polite and very considerate at all times during the installation. Cleaned the work area several times to minimize the dust and debris. Completed the installation in the amount of time that he specified it would take. The work and materials were top notch. Very pleased with the outcome.

Our whole experience was wonderful with Bath Planet. From beginning to installation they were very professional, courteous and efficient. It was all installed in 1 day! The tub and wall surround look awesome. We chose the subway gray line walls and 15” tub with a white Listello border. The finish is so nice and it doesn’t take any effort at all to clean. Love the Delta hand held shower head! I would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone!
