For the most part good, but the fact that they didn't get my mail with my tax information was troubling. Not their fault but it did add a little bitter taste in my. Staff was helpful when I called.

I've been doing my books for years and thought I was doing a decent job but handing them off to BASC has been a really good move for me. I have more time to be out in the field working which means more income. It's been a great investment and we got a tax refund this year so they must be doing something right, I've been paying taxes at the end of the year since I can remember! The offices were so beautiful and upscale that we thought that we would be out of place. I am sure that most of their clients were businesses or very wealthy. However, we went into our appointment and were treated extremely well.
