For the most part good, but the fact that they didn't get my mail with my tax information was troubling. Not their fault but it did add a little bitter taste in my. Staff was helpful when I called.

BASC did a great last minute rush request when my taxes became too difficult to figure out on my own. I think if I had given them more lead time, I could have had more discussion with the team on things that felt a little confusing or unclear. But still had a good experience overall and plan to use them moving forward. THANK YOU BASC TEAM! It feels good knowing I had the experts on my side this year and gives me a level of confidence I wouldn't have had otherwise.

I've been doing my books for years and thought I was doing a decent job but handing them off to BASC has been a really good move for me. I have more time to be out in the field working which means more income. It's been a great investment and we got a tax refund this year so they must be doing something right, I've been paying taxes at the end of the year since I can remember!
