Transitioning from the developer to a homeowner-led board can be a complex and sometimes overwhelming process. As a member of the newly establish Board of Trustees, dealing with Diana and Abraham multiple times on a daily basis, they have provided the structure, knowledge and support we needed to help build a strong foundation for self-governance. They have treated our concerns, as well as the communities, with urgency and respect, offered expert insights drawn from their experience with other transitions and prioritized clear communication, not only with the Board but with the community as well, every step of the way.

This is high praise for CHRISTINA DOWELL Assistant Property Manager VA. For the last 3 years I experienced extremely unprofessional and subpar service from Barkan Mgmt when I requested access to the rooftop. It became the annual stressful event as after many requests the door was never opened and HVAC appointments were rescheduled at additional expense to me. This year when I was connected with Christina to confirm the appointment, she assessed the situation and scheduled the appt with your custodial contractor to ensure door would be unlocked. It was apparent it had not been scheduled. She is a highly competent and reliable professional with great people skills. Thank you
