This is just to give a shout out to Ms. Christina Dowell, Assistant Property Manager at Barkan Management Company, Inc. (for the Potomac Club Condo Association, Woodbridge, VA).
I had an issue with my condo/shutter and she so professionally and efficiently made sure that everything was duly fixed on time, properly following up with the contractors. All that in a very polite but nice and professional way.

While the situation was unfortunate, Christina Dowell and Mike Modesitt was there to answer my calls and emails and accommodate my sellers’ tight timeline. I am grateful for the both of them!

Barkan management at Nouvelle in Natick under the direction of Jill Wetmore-Piken is one of the best managed condo buildings we have lived in and there have been many over the years.

The building is financially sound, well staffed, great level of communication and very well maintained given its age.

Jill gives her time to residents, listens to what we have to say and acts accordingly with good solutions. It is obvious Jill knows the building inside and out and is able to manage all aspects.

Carol has been great at Carlyle. She is responsive and supportive with anything I have needed. I am not in frequent need of her services, but when I am she has proven to be resourceful.

Carol Bhatti went above and beyond to help me with a pressing issue while I was out of town. My pet sitter became unable to access my condo unit due to a lock malfunctioning, and Carol helped coordinate a lockout service to help the sitter get inside my unit to feed my pets. She also facilitated a lock replacement at my front door and distributed new keys to the pet sitter and to me upon my return. I will be forever grateful to her for enabling my pets to be safely seen to during my absence.

I have lived in the Residences At coffee place for 26 years. I served as president for several of those years my experiences with barking management and specifically epidemic. Our building manager have been nothing but superior I have been here when changes were made in good times and bad and on each occasion, Barkan management has handled every situation with professionalism great experience and excellent outcome. Our building is not only managed well, but those employed by barking management have stayed here for many years indicative of that good management by barking. I have nothing but praise for the company.
