I was so very impressed with Rob's teaching style. He provided information both orally and in writing. He demonstrated skills and then watched as we practised these skills. He provided homework. I didn't like homework while I was teaching but it's necessary to keep practising the skills we were working on. I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm confident that we are going to have the happiest, most wee-behaved puppy ever. Thanks, Rob
