When I arrived at the location, I was a little bit skeptical as it is located in a strip mall, next to Jersey Mike's. I admit, I looked at reviews very quickly in the car and saw that there were so many great things said about this place and the services they provide. Once I walked inside, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The front desk person was cheerful, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My injector, Brittney, came to get me and as I moved through the treatment areas, it was like I was transported to a deluxe spa. The quiet space is welcoming, and relaxing. Brittney took me for my consultation and I appreciated her input on treatments that I had questions about. There were treatments she encouraged me to do and others that she said I really didn't need. Honesty and no trying to upsell me as a woman over 50, was something that I really appreciated. That in itself showed me that this place and the injector, had integrity. She was transparent about pricing and how many units I would need to achieve the results that I wanted. She promoted the natural look I was seeking and did not try to make me "plastic" looking. She was professional yet, she made me comfortable and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend Banyan and Bamboo to get your services done. Not gonna lie, Jersey Mike's sure was tempting when I left!
