I hardly ever leave google reviews but Jennifer was AMAZING! This was my first time here so I was kind of nervous. But she definitely met and exceeded all my expectations. She was a sweetheart from the start. Asked me questions about my experience with facials and my skincare routine. She took the time to ask me what I was expecting out of her services and what my favorite part about facials are. All the products she used on me smelled beautiful and felt so gentle and hydrating.
I absolutely loved the treatment I got. Their customer service A+
I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spa to my friends!

Was in Austin on vacation and decided to get a massage. After doing some searching on Google decided on trying out Austin Urban Retreat. I had a deep tissue massage and a full body scrub. Oh my! I feel really good. I was so relaxed I think I may have fell asleep a couple times during the massage :) Sulema was my therapist. She did an awesome job! I highly recommend this place. I wished I lived in Austin so I can come often! If you are in the area and need a massage you should definitely try out this place !

Dee is a magician.

This body has experience more cycling classes than I care to count. I expressed my need for healing and she delivered like a pro. The consummate professional, she kept to the task at hand (hands maybe) and provided a deep, healing experience.

A therapist to me is only as good as the energy and intent. And after sharing a few words I knew that Dee was good people. She was quiet but happy to chat. Super respectful and quite adept and taking what the tension in my body was giving her. I bemoaned the tight hips, and she used cupping and a bit of stretching/body manipulation to target the specified area.

Not only will I be back, I will wholeheartedly endorse her to any athlete looking for a reset. She can do the level of work you need.

My husband and I got a spa package and it was a great experience. From booking to, facial to massage and ambiance everything was just amazing. Best part was the entire team was wonderful. Be sure to visit beats even high end resort spas.

Highly recommend this spa!! I booked for our bachelorette group to go here and we got pampered - massages were amazing. We hung out in the Relaxation Room (comfy couches, candles, wine and tea) before and after massages. I wanted it to feel special for the bride so I asked for robes for us which we were kindly given. The staff were kind and professional. We were even given little goodie bags at the end. Thank you for the great memories!

I am new to Austin, and was looking for a spa that uses Eminence products. I am so happy that I found this place, after a not so great facial at another spa. Danielle gave me an awesome facial. Just what I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable. I liked all of the products she used, and felt they were appropriate for my goals and skin type. She also gave me some great tips that I will use with my daily routine. The spa itself is very nice and relaxing. All the staff is warm and welcoming.

Jennifer was wonderful! My first facial in years and she made me so comfortable and relaxed. I got a custom facial with microdermabrasion and an eye treatment and it was bliss! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning

Dee gave me a wonderful facial! We did the hydro abrasion and my face is dewy and moisturized. I was worried that would be a lot of redness, but she was able to tailor it to me.

Jennifer did a great job on my facial & had great lifting techniques. She knew what she was doing & gave me what my skin needed. The spa was comfortable & inviting & a great retreat from the heat.

I just went in to pick up some product after a particularly long day. The person at the front desk was incredible. She was so kind to myself, the other customers as well as her fellow staff members. I’ll return here for services because of how warm and welcoming she was 🤍
