I’ve been coming here for facials and always book with Jennifer, she’s amazing! So sweet, and just makes the whole experience feel extra relaxing. My skin always looks and feels so good afterward.
Also, their massages are chef’s kiss. The whole vibe of the place is peaceful and cozy, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional without being stuffy. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself!

I’ve done two facials with Jennifer now and both times I have left with my face looking and feeling amazing.

I had a really great massage with Jackson. He listened to my request for more time massaging my feet and I feel so calm and at peace in my body after the 50 min treatment. He also has a soothing voice but also talks only to check in with you or help you relax. I will be back!

My massage and lymphatic drainage with Sulema was fantastic, she was very intuitive to what I needed where and gave helpful therapeutic feedback for between sessions. I’ll be back soon!

I've worked with Jennifer and Ann, these ladies are so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and they make sure they take their time. The place is spotless, very esthetically pleasing with top notch technology. From facials, massages and now medspa, these ladies know how to provide an excellent service!

Walking into the entrance, you’re greeted by the friendliest receptionist. It’s clean and calm. My girl was Dee and she is 100%. amazing. She takes great care of her clients, and that’s so apparent from the first minute, you meet her. I did a Banyan facial along with a dermaplane. My skin never looked so great. I’ve done a high-end spa treatment in town before, and this by far had the best results. I am so pleased with the results. I’m definitely coming back. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with this day spa - spotless and beautiful with highly qualified professionals. I had my second facial there today, this time with Michelle who helped rescue my stressed skin. Clearly experienced and professional - she explained everything in detail about what she was doing and why. It looked completely different when I left. I bought a membership today. Highly recommend.

Jen did my facial. I have very sensitive skin and have had some bad experiences in the past so I was nervous and shared my worries with her. She was very understanding and checked in on me throughout the experience. She knew exactly what my skin needed and explained the whole process as she was placed each product. I left feeling refreshed and replenished.

Each experience I’ve had here has been top notch! The space is warm and welcoming and the providers are highly skilled and give great after care advice.

Ann - She specializes in injectables and has helped me feel confident and comfortable with my body! We worked on some scarring and wrinkling on my face that have made me feel very down for a while. We chatted a few times and made a plan to use daxxify (similar to Botox) for my upper face and injectables for my lips, cheeks and chin. I look brighter, more awake, younger and feel like a legit queen!

Michelle - She shaped my eyebrows and tinted both my eyebrows and eyelashes. I no longer have to spend extra time doing my makeup as I usually go with a more natural look. She did perfect with the color and shaping!!

I did botox with Ann and she did SUCH an amazing job, my face looks phenomenal. She was so caring and sweet and made sure to talk through everything with me so thoroughly since it’s my first time. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait to come back!

Jackson was my masseuse and let me tell ya…he is top notch. I’ve never had someone go so above and beyond with massage. Massage intros often feel rushed and impersonal, but Jackson really took the time to listen to my concerns and create a customized massage. His touch is very intuitive and healing. His presence feels very safe, which is SO important to me as a woman.

I love this place. I'm so happy I found it. The products are top notch. Eminence is an amazing high quality brand. Jennifer and Michele are such skilled estheticians. Gentle but firm, knowledgeable and attentive. The prices are unbeatable for the quality. It's quiet, relaxing and clean. I primarily get facials but my recent deep tissue massage was great and really hit the spot for my sore muscles.

I love it here! Everyone is so incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. And Summer CRUSHED my lashes. Can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend Austin Urban Retreat. I had a 80 min Swedish massage by Sulame and it was amazing. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience very comfortable.

I went here, at a friend's recommendation, for a massage with Sulema on my birthday and I'm soooo glad I did! I had only had one massage previously, so I didn't have much to go off of, but Sulema made sure I was comfortable, I got the exact pressure I needed, and took care of the areas I needed focus on / avoided the rest. I mentioned it was my birthday so they treated me with some CBD lotion :-)

The facility is sooo clean and smells great. There's a lounge when you get there with a comfy couch, coffee, tea, and water.

Lisa at the front desk was SO sweet and will go to any length to make you comfortable and happy with your experience.

10/10 all around, and funnily enough, I came back 3 days later for another massage because it opened me up so much. Thanks again Sulema!!!

This is the third time I have been here and it gets better every time! I had the organic facial with Jennifer and I left feeling so refreshed. It’s been a few days, and I have gotten so many compliments on my skin 🥰 Will definitely be back!
