Great med spa and a really convenient location. The staff was really welcoming and the services are well priced. Got the diamond glow and it was one of the best experiences. I’ve had had at a spa in a long time.

I did botox with Ann and she did SUCH an amazing job, my face looks phenomenal. She was so caring and sweet and made sure to talk through everything with me so thoroughly since it’s my first time. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait to come back!

Jackson was my masseuse and let me tell ya…he is top notch. I’ve never had someone go so above and beyond with massage. Massage intros often feel rushed and impersonal, but Jackson really took the time to listen to my concerns and create a customized massage. His touch is very intuitive and healing. His presence feels very safe, which is SO important to me as a woman.

I love this place. I'm so happy I found it. The products are top notch. Eminence is an amazing high quality brand. Jennifer and Michele are such skilled estheticians. Gentle but firm, knowledgeable and attentive. The prices are unbeatable for the quality. It's quiet, relaxing and clean. I primarily get facials but my recent deep tissue massage was great and really hit the spot for my sore muscles.

I love it here! Everyone is so incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. And Summer CRUSHED my lashes. Can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend Austin Urban Retreat. I had a 80 min Swedish massage by Sulame and it was amazing. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience very comfortable.

I went here, at a friend's recommendation, for a massage with Sulema on my birthday and I'm soooo glad I did! I had only had one massage previously, so I didn't have much to go off of, but Sulema made sure I was comfortable, I got the exact pressure I needed, and took care of the areas I needed focus on / avoided the rest. I mentioned it was my birthday so they treated me with some CBD lotion :-)

The facility is sooo clean and smells great. There's a lounge when you get there with a comfy couch, coffee, tea, and water.

Lisa at the front desk was SO sweet and will go to any length to make you comfortable and happy with your experience.

10/10 all around, and funnily enough, I came back 3 days later for another massage because it opened me up so much. Thanks again Sulema!!!

This is the third time I have been here and it gets better every time! I had the organic facial with Jennifer and I left feeling so refreshed. It’s been a few days, and I have gotten so many compliments on my skin 🥰 Will definitely be back!

Excellent massage and facial

Excellent spa. I have been here a couple of years ago and again this week and the service was great. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. I had the radiant glow facial with Dee and she was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They carry a Texas made cosmetics line that is very affordable and I am very happy with the eye serum that I purchased. Highly recommend the spa.

Great experience! Did brow lamination, and the ambiance and quality is great at this place. Was happy to find a smaller business option that can provide a great spa experience!

Good massage overall but they seemed distracted during it and it was a bit overpriced.

Jennifer gave the BEST facial I've ever received. I didn't know how badly I needed the facial & massage she gave. I'll for sure be back!

The massage was good. However I reserved and paid for a sports massage and got what was more or less a standard massage. On the website the description of the sports massage said it used foam rollers, deep tissue work, stretching, massage balls, but none of that was used. There was a little movement of the joints and firm pressure but nothing like what was described. I still came out relaxed and the pressure was good for a standard massage but I was hoping to alleviate pain and spasmodic muscles .

Sule was incredibly intuitive! She used the perfect pressure and reduced tension in all of the places I targeted. I will be back!

I’ve gotten many facials and Austin but this is the best spot in Austin in my opinion. The ambiance is fantastic and the staff is the sweetest!

This is my second time here and first time with Dee. She was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about my skin care. She knew exactly what I needed for a perfect relaxing facial. I love how peaceful and relaxing the location is. I am definitely coming back for my monthly facial and next time will make sure to have more time and book a massage. I love the ambiance the rooms have. Thank you Austin Urban Retreat for always having the best experience.
