Full version: Where do I even begin? I was having one of those days and knew I just needed to relax and treat myself. It was last minute, so I didn't have a lot of confidence anyone would have availability, but when I came across Austin Urban Retreat on Google, I gave them a call anyway. They were able to get me in within half an hour for a massage and facial. The facility is beautiful and so well managed and designed. Then I went into my massage with Trey and cannot say enough good things about him. I felt so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The perfect balance of quiet and conversation, plus he really helped ease some pain I have been experiencing in my hand. Had a wonderful 90 minute massage with aromatherapy just now with Trey. His attention to detail and table side manner were impeccable. I happily rebooked in a few weeks and am looking forward to it !!!

I had the best experience here today with Trey! He gave me insight into my muscles and the best ways to take care of my body with working at a desk everyday. He was amenable and receptive to my needs and concerns. I really felt like he was working toward my long term health as opposed to just getting me “fixed enough” to come back. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

I had a facial with Cassandra and absolutely loved it. My skin has been glowing for days and my pores look amazing. The spa itself is lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Cassandra, she is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I am a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. I went in yesterday for a massage and facial. Cheena was my massage therapist and she was amazing. I only book 90min massages because I get low back pain that requires hip and leg work to relieve the pain due to slight scoliosis in my lower back. I explain this to every Lmt I have worked with, but Cheena is the only one who has listened and gives me exactly what I need. Most Therapists spend more time on my back and very little on my hips and legs, thus not fully relieving my pain. Cheena most definitely has the magic touch. I can't wait to see her again. Karlee was my esthetician. I give her about 4 stars. I knew I needed extractions. She told me I didn't and skipped that part of my facial. She also cut my time a little short, which I imagine was due to the fact that no extractions were performed so she finished early. Her technique...

Tammy and her staff are amazing! The entire place is so relaxing and they offer very affordable services for the quality that they provide. If you want a great spa experience then go visit them and they will take great care of you!

Love this spa! So comforting and inviting. Cassandra does amazing facials and she’s the only one I trust for eyebrows! I love their organic skin care line too — my skin is looking brighter already. Huge fan. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

I had my first ever facial with Tammy today and it was amazing. The atmosphere of the spa itself is so soothing and relaxing. We had a party of 4 and were greeted warmly, with fresh mimosas and snacks. Everything is elegant and luxurious. Tammy made sure I was comfortable with everything starting with the temperature of the room and the bedding to explaining everything that she was doing. The products she used were all natural and felt like silk on my skin.

I expected only my face to be part of the process, but she applied the same techniques and products to my shoulders and upper chest. If I had a formal dance to go to, my skin would have glowed in my off the shoulder dress! She also gave me a hand massage with warm cocoa. Totally unexpected and my skin loved it.

Today I received a massage. It has been probably 5 years since I got a massage and went to Austin Urban Retreat for a mother/daughter day. This was hands down, the best massage I have ever gotten. The whole environment was very relaxing and Josh was the most professional and nicest person. He did everything I asked and was very attentive to areas where I was experiencing pain or where he could tell I was tight. The hot towel on my back was probably my favorite part but the whole experience was exactly what I needed. Everyone that went today had a similar experience with their services as well. Very highly recommend.

We had the best spa experience ever!
The staff is friendly, knowledge and professional, performing A+++ services. Our spouses also loved every detail from beginning to end. The atmosphere and amenities were pure luxury.
The owner Tammy is an absolute doll. My skin has never looked more bright and fresh.
I would recommend Austin Urban Retreat as the best spa to any friends and family.
