Ball Septic

On time and the driver/pumper took time to explain what I need to do so my system won't back up.

Have us on a list to regularly check our sewer and our septic system and clean when necessary very professional

Have used these guys since we moved here in 2007. They are always super nice, on time, reasonable cost, return calls, you name it. Absolutely recommend.

Prompt, responsive, very professional. Steve's company took care of pumping & inspecting our septic; we strongly recommend him and would call him again.

Josh arrived during the promised time frame and completely removed all sewage from the septic tank. Both Josh, and Stephanie in the office, we’re incredibly pleasant and responsive. Highly recommended.

Ball Septic has great customer service, on-time, quick service and professional and friendly staff.

Ball Septic always provides! Very professional and knowledgeable. Steve the owner goes out of his way to make sure the homeowners are taken care of and helps with smooth transitions of information and inspection records to San Juan Basin Health. Highly recommended!

Ball is the best in the county. Professional, responsive and good value.

Great company. Need our septic tank emptied. Prompt and professional staff.

They were prompt, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend this service.

Very professional! Always on time and pleasant !

Willingly answered all sorts of questions from my curious children while completing their job!

Have used this company 3 times in 10 years. Always on time, reasonably priced and very informative. Couldn’t be better!

Very quick to come out and they were done equally quick with the septic pump. Love it when a company is mindful of the dogs too! A lot more affordable than we expected.

They scheduled me within days, arrived early, and got done quickly. Friendly owner and staff, fair price for the work, and a refrigerator magnet with a reminder for the next pump out date - couldn't ask for more. Good sense of humor too. The side of their pump truck says "We haul milk on the weekends."

Ball Septic has by far been the best company I have used in Durango. Very professional and came the same day I called them, unlike several others. I recommend them any time of year and will be using them from now on. GREAT JOB!! Again, thank you for your awesome service!

Fantastic service! Fast and friendly customer service and responses. Got to me in a day and were excellent!.

Awesome service. Will use them from now on for all my septic needs. Highly recommended.

I called them to come clean out our septic tank and from the moment they answered the phone to the time the left our house they were very professional and helpful! They were able to come out the same day but we agreed on the following morning. They showed up ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently and even offered us some helpful advice for the future! Will definitely use them again!
