I can honestly say that I was in a near panic on many levels - when I picked up the phone to get help with my current options regarding my home . ! I first spoke to Ryan Spencer who, by the way , is an absolute Star . Five Stars . He made the entire experience of doing a cash out refinance ( I’m not a literate financial person !) seamless . I have been in contact with Ryan Spencer from a previous mortgage company and he has kept in contact with me through the years and now through AZ Mortgage he still kept in contact with me. I talked about refinancing with him some years back and he was truthful with me about working on clearing up some bills before trying to refinance. I agreed and time passed and I forgot about it. Last year I tried to refinance with another company who gave me the run around thinking the whole time I was approved. The very last minute they told me they couldn't help me.
