I have been in contact with Ryan Spencer from a previous mortgage company and he has kept in contact with me through the years and now through AZ Mortgage he still kept in contact with me. I talked about refinancing with him some years back and he was truthful with me about working on clearing up some bills before trying to refinance. I agreed and time passed and I forgot about it.
