We’ve used Florida Medical Transport’s service many times over the past several months, and have been completely satisfied with their service, each and every time. Their drivers have always been prompt, courteous, friendly and considerate. Their phone staff and management have provided courteous and efficient service as well, even going above and beyond to accommodate us at times when I’ve had to call last-minute. Thank you very much!

The whole team was absolutely terrific. All of the arrangements made with Reginaldo over the phone were seamless, and our driver Robert was a total all-star. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Robert especially went above and beyond to make sure not only that our ground transportation was smooth but also that my mom (who uses a wheelchair) got safely inside her destination since it didn’t have a good ramp. We used Florida Medical Transport this past weekend to get my mom from the Villages to Orlando airport. Our driver(James) was incredibly polite, attentive and safe. He treated my mom with the utmost respect and care. He called the day before to confirm and was early for the pickup. I could not have asked for better service. My husband is in a skilled nursing faciity recovering from open heart surgery; he is also recovering from a stroke. I had to get him to his follow up appointments and couldn’t get him in our car. My sister uses Florida Medical Transport for her dyalisis appointments. Name a medical transportation company. She's probably ridden with them and has a list of complaints. What separates Florida Medical Transport from the others is CUSTOMER SERVICE, PUNCTUALITY, and PROFESSIONALISM. After riding with Florida Medical Transport for a little over a year, my sister refuses to entertain the thought of using another company.
