I can't say enough good things about this company. They transported my mother after she had surgery from Advent Health Hospital in Orlando. They came highly recommended by the hospital so I decided to give them a try. From my first experience working with Naldo when I called it was seamless. He was very thorough and asks all the right questions, then even called the nursing staff to confirm everything was ready for discharge. The drivers showed up on time wearing uniforms and name badges and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire transport. They safely transferred my mom which wasn't easy as she's fairly heavy and just had hip surgery. I recently was consumed with a medication reaction which required urgent medical attention but not an emergency. These people are absolutely wonderful to work with. Super helpful and friendly. They are on time and make sure you get to the correct location. I have had Desiree and Cy as my drivers and can’t say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed if you use them. I have other trips scheduled with them and will use them when needed.

I have been a loyal client of Florida Medical Transport for 3 years as I am now wheel chair bound. My dear 81 year old neighbor has the honor of pushing my wheel chair for each doctor treatment. Each driver is very polite, and gentle in putting me in as well as my neighbor. Two drivers-CY and MICHEAL-FROM JAMAICA ---go above and beyond. I am on HOSPICE with my incurable blood cancers. Both drivers make sure that I am secured and belted properly. They help my neighbor get in and out of the VAN. THEY BOTH PLAY NICE MUSIC, OFFER WATER AND MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS HEAT OR AUR CONDITIONING ON FOR BOTH OF US. Their job is not easy but both CY AND MICHEAL make my trips to my doctor appointment a "delight and pleasure" I am a doctor in the medical field for 69 years and both CY and MICHEAL--FROM JAMAICA deserve a hand clap, a gold medal as well as a reward for their care for me... I cannot thank Florida Medical Transport enough for the compassion and kindness with my father. My father was placed on hospice care and brought home with Florida Medical Transport, we knew that he did not have much longer left and as a last wish we wanted to take my father to the ocean one last time. I called the manager of the company and they were so helpful, understanding and compassionate, they allowed us to take my dad to see the ocean one final time and they did not charge me anything extra do so. My father came too long enough to know where he was and told us it was "Beautiful" and he loved us for the last time. He passed the very next morning. I cannot thank you enough for the peace you were able to give my family at this very difficult time for us. I had a phonomenal experience with this company and their drivers, they treated me with dignity and respect which I have not experienced with some of the other services I even had one of the drivers ask me if I was thirsty and offered me a bottle of water that was unbelievable! They are punctual with the time they quote which is important when you have an appointment. I will be using this company whenever I need transportation,thank you and keep up the good work !
