I called to arrange having my elderly mother picked up and transported to have x-rays done. The van arrived a little before the scheduled time and I was impressed. The driver, Orlando, was so accommodating to my mother. Not only is he professional, he is cordial, polite, respectful to my mother, my son, and myself, he is strong and very handsome! When he loaded my mother into the van, and I was next to her, I noticed he was playing Frank Sinatra 🎶 music for her. He joked and said to my mother that he heard back in the day that she had a boyfriend named Frank Sinatra. Mom giggled and said, "no, but I enjoy his music." She endured a tough 6 day hospital stay, and was worse for wear when she was finally released. When it came time to bring mom home, I got lucky when I chose Florida Medical Transport. I have never had to hire an ambulette service before, and really had no idea what questions to ask. It really didn't matter because when Reginaldo picked up the phone, he immediately put me at ease. I had a difficult situation arise which required emergency medical transport for my step father. It was late in the day (around 7pm) and I was having difficulty finding a company that could help us. We were basically stranded outside the hospital. I called FL Medical Transport and they knocked it out of the park. Even though the business had already been closed for the day they were still able to get someone out to help us. He went above and beyond our expectations. Florida medical transport has been by far the greatest transport system that I've been able to use they were more than patient I dealt with extra professional drivers and a helper that allow me to assist my wife in getting to the dentist and back home even though she's a hundred percent disabled.

We used this service in order to get my elderly grandmother to the airport so that she could come north and live with us. The employees that worked with us were outstanding and the driver that picked my grandmother up from her nursing home and transported her to the airport was attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and comfortable. He did not leave her side until she was in the hands of airport personnel and contacted me several times along the trip to ensure us things were going well and updating us on their progress. All on a Sunday morning! We used Florida Medical Transport for the first time in March 6th. We had an early morning procedure at ORMC which makes it very difficult for my husband. Tasha at the office was very courtesy, caring and assured me with a stretcher van they could get him there. The transport team was very punctal, courtesy, caring and cheerful. The ride there and back was smooth sailing. This company made what would have been a very difficult trip on our own, so pleasant. We were so pleased we hired them again today for first chemo treatment. The same transport team came again today, which I call the "A" team. I called yesterday late afternoon for transport of an injured friend. She was not able to get back into the car after being seen at the doctor’s office. The lovely person I spoke with at Florida Medical Transport assured me they would arrive in 45 minutes with a wheelchair that would be lifted into the van, transported to her home, and wheeled inside so that we could transfer her back into a recliner.
