After choosing foundation repair, and a slew of other construction projects needing to be done to my home through the Home Advisor website, I was matched with Averon Construction. The match turned out to be a great partnership! My home is almost 60 years old, and needed repairs to wood, slab, sills, and they were able to do it all. Felt really comfortable after Nathan took on my project, and the price was fair, and felt good about the insured work and that it was done right the first time. Although they are a busy company, they make you feel like they are only focused on your home. We contacted Averon Construction about installing a load bearing beam. We were expanding our kitchen by demoing the wall between the kitchen and the formal dining room. Glen, the project supervisor came out and assessed the situation, explained the need and showed us the mechanics of why and how. According to him, it was a simple and straight forward job, but we were very glad he took the time to explain everything to us. Remodeling is never fun, especially when you live where the remodeling is taking place. Add to that the pandemic, the Houston summer and the Houston rains. Despite all, Averon Construction got us through everything and the end product was worth all inconveniences. Especially appreciate Glen's effort in coordinating the project and getting a lot of good workers, Carlitos is particular, to complete the project. I need his professional advise and expertise on some damage that had been sustained to one of my spaces. the owner was extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well as very helpful in accessing my damages and gave me a complete and concise estimate that I have submitted to my insurance company.
