Libby Rhode had the job of selling our childhood home at the end of the first walk through of the house. She came prepared with a basic market analysis. When we discussed that the house was deeded to a trust, she knew what to do and who to get involved. We got our asking price and closing was simple.

Libby laid out all of the steps from putting the home up for sale to the closing. Libby was extremely respectful of our time and managed the showings of our home that worked for us and for the potential buyers. August worked with my wife and I on both selling and buy a new house. This was a first for selling a house for us. He was amazing through the whole process. We had so many questions and he guided us through the process. He was very friendly and outgoing. Anytime we had a question he got back to us with in a day, weather it was through text or a returned phone call. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and eventually helped us get a house that is absolutely perfect and what we truly wanted.

From the first time meeting Randy Broeckert, I knew that he was very knowledgeable about the housing market. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and with me living out of state, he didn't waste one second of my time looking at houses I had no interest in. If I couldn't drive up, we would facetime a walk-through. He answered ALL of my questions immediately, and if he didn't have the answer, he diligently did the research and got back to me very, very quickly! He never 'forgot' to get back to me on anything!!
