The new apartment that I live is really clean and well maintained. I like that the trash room is always orderly and neat when I go and leave my trash. The elevator too and the hallway and garage driveway. I like that the property manager is very responsive and immediately. I like most in my apartments the many ac outlets the double paned windows so that you can open them but when closed you don’t hear the noise outside especially the bar noise of drunk people too loud. Don’t hear my next door neighbor. Elevator works great and really need it since I’m on the 7th floor at 4742 mission. I like the setup of the apartment building very private and the door opening from the street and the building made me secure including the cameras on the hallway. I like the face picture opening at the front door and able to open it remotely in case for mail deliveries. The property manager Danny is really awesome! I’m lucky that right now the apartment building people that live in the apartment are quiet mostly family and noticed some friends living together but so far everybody’s really making it quiet. Because of all thar I can sleep peacefully and quiet and no problem.
