Atlas Property Group

I highly recommend this apartment. It is brand new, offers excellent value for San Francisco, features tile flooring, and includes shared laundry. The only issue is parking is not included with the apartment.

The new apartment that I live is really clean and well maintained. I like that the trash room is always orderly and neat when I go and leave my trash. The elevator too and the hallway and garage driveway. I like that the property manager is very responsive and immediately. I like most in my apartments the many ac outlets the double paned windows so that you can open them but when closed you don’t hear the noise outside especially the bar noise of drunk people too loud. Don’t hear my next door neighbor. Elevator works great and really need it since I’m on the 7th floor at 4742 mission. I like the setup of the apartment building very private and the door opening from the street and the building made me secure including the cameras on the hallway. The best people on planet!

Pranisa with Atlas has been amazing from the moment I requested a tour of several apartments that were available for rent in SF. In fact out of 12 tour requests I sent out, she was the only one to actually contact me immediately and schedule tours. She's very knowledgeable about the buildings and units that were available. She's been extremely helpful in getting our move in date pushed up 2 days early so we didn't have to pay for another month of storage. If you're working the Pranisa, you're in good hands!

Danny is the best property manager! He is super responsive, helpful, and genuine. Appreciate all he does.
